Getting started
Import your whole catalog from Spotify
Paste one Spotify artist URL and get a smart-link page for every release — artwork, dates, and store links included.
1. Run the import
Go to Dashboard → Smart links → Import catalog, paste your Spotify artist URL (it looks like open.spotify.com/artist/…), and hit import.
Sendit reads your public discography and builds a smart-link page for every album and single: cover art, release date, and a button for each store where the release was found.
2. How store links get found
For each release we resolve links across platforms — Spotify, Apple Music, iTunes, YouTube, YouTube Music, Amazon Music, Tidal, Deezer, Pandora, SoundCloud.
When a store is missing, Sendit looks the release up by its barcode (UPC) for an exact match on Apple Music, Deezer, and Tidal — so even brand-new or very indie releases link correctly. We never attach a link we're not confident about; you can always add one by hand afterwards.
3. Big catalogs
Imports run up to 30 releases at a time. If you have more, just run the import again — releases you already have are skipped automatically and the next batch comes in.
4. Re-import to refresh
Released something new, or want to pick up store links that didn't exist yet? Run the import again. New releases get pages; existing ones are left alone unless you tick “refresh releases I already have”.
A refresh re-resolves store links and fills in missing artwork — and it preserves everything you've customized: your custom links, titles, theme, and publish state are never overwritten.
